I remember a party we went to for New Years. Billie, Tracie, and Patti all crammed into my bug and off we went. The riot squad showed up, and Billie face planted on the way back to the car. He was such a sweet and kind guy. I will never forget his smile and his sweet and gently nature. Surf's up buddie....enjoy!!!
